Dr. Bita Pour-Jafari is a family physician and primary care doctor treating patients in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding communities. Dr. Pour-Jafari was knowledgeable and professional. She seemed genuinely concerned about me. However, I had to wait over an hour and a half to see her. There was only one other patient in the waiting with me and that person was being seen by another doctor. I have not decided if I will return to this doctor's office again because of the extremely long wait time
She was courteous and personable. She took time to review my labs with me, worked to get me the best deal for my prescriptions with my insurance, and seemed genuinely invested in my care. I did have a rather long wait time with my second appointment, but she saw me very quickly with my first appointment. I will definitely keep seeing her as my primary care physician.
Dr. Pour-Jafari was great! I will be back to see her for sure. Her reception staff could use a little direction and discipline, but she made up for their poor behavior.Very nice and professional. Her staff was also very good. Comfortable office as well.
